Meet Nick Chapman

Nick Chapman is a U.S. Marine and former State Trooper. 

Raised in a small Massachusetts town, Nick saw firsthand how financial instability impacts families after his mother lost her job during the 2008 recession. That moment sparked his early interest in financial markets. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving as an 1833 Amphibious Assault Vehicle Commander, and went on to become a New Hampshire State Trooper, where discipline and high-stakes decision-making were part of the everyday job.

Nick transitioned from service to commercial real estate investing in 2021, bringing the same discipline and responsibility shaped by his years as a U.S. Marine and State Trooper. He was introduced to the business by his former New Hampshire neighbor and mentor, Kevin Lacasse-an operator with over $45M AUM and a current business partner. Today, Nick lives in Wilmington, North Carolina with his wife Ally, their daughter Rose, and their yellow lab, Penny.
